Pet Photography in Vancouver, WA

A little mischief. A lot of personality.

The head tilt. The soulful eyes. Those ears with a mind of their own. It’s the little things that make your pet who they are and make them such a big part of your life.

At Studio Q Photography, I create simple, timeless studio portraits that put your pet’s personality front and center. With treats, encouragement, and time to get comfortable, I’ll capture expressions you know and love. Your pet doesn’t need to pose perfectly. Curious, goofy, serious, or sweet, I’ll work with who they are.

No perfect manners required

Your pet doesn’t need to know a dozen commands to have a portrait session. Some are ready to explore right away. Others need a little time to sniff around and get comfortable.

I’ll use favorite treats, toys, and a little patience to encourage those familiar expressions. There’s room for playful moments and quiet ones, too. A serious stare can be just as wonderful as a happy, tongue-out grin.

Bring something your pet loves, and tell me about any worries, sensitivities, or quirks before your session. We’ll plan around what helps them feel at ease, with you close by.

Their Favorite Things Welcome

The squeaky toy they can’t resist. A well-loved blanket. The bandana that somehow suits them perfectly.

You’re welcome to bring a few familiar things to include in your pet’s portraits, or keep it simple and let their expressions do the talking. A favorite toy can help catch their attention, while a familiar blanket gives them a comfortable place to settle.

I’ll help you decide what to bring and choose a background that complements their coloring, keeping the focus on the face you love.

Simple Portraits, Full of Character

From close-ups of their whiskers to the way they sit with one paw tucked under, I’ll capture the details that are theirs alone. Simple backgrounds and thoughtful lighting keep the attention on your pet, creating portraits that feel right at home on your walls.

Let’s Plan Your Pet’s Portraits

Tell me a little about your pet, their name, age, personality, and anything that helps them feel comfortable. We’ll plan a relaxed studio session to capture the companion you know and love.
