    Sessions are intended to take place approximately six months apart, allowing you to update your clothing, background, expression or overall look.

  • Headshot sessions take place at the Studio Q Photography studio in Vancouver, Washington.

    You don’t need to know how to pose or what to do in front of the camera. I’ll guide you through comfortable positioning and a variety of natural expressions. Immediately following each session, you’ll select your two included images for professional retouching.

    Your finished digital images can be used for:

    Payments are automatically charged to the card used when joining. This is a 12-month membership with a total cost of $348.

    One payment of $325

Frequently asked questions

When can I schedule my sessions?

Your first session can be scheduled after joining. The second is intended to take place approximately six months later so your headshots remain current throughout the year.

Can I change my clothing or background?

Yes. Each session includes one outfit and your choice of available studio backgrounds. Choosing a different outfit or background for your second session is encouraged.

How many images will I receive?

You’ll receive two professionally retouched digital images from each session, for a total of four images during your membership year. Additional images may be purchased for $30 each.

Can I use the images for my business?

Yes. Your digital images may be used for your website, social media, business cards, professional directories, speaker biographies and other promotional materials for your own business or career.

Can my membership be shared?

Individual memberships are created for one person and cannot be divided between multiple people. Business team headshot options are available upon request.

Can I purchase this as a gift?

Yes. The $325 paid-in-full membership makes a thoughtful gift for a new business owner, graduate, real estate professional or someone beginning a new career. The recipient can contact Studio Q Photography to arrange the sessions.

What happens if I miss a monthly payment?

Membership benefits and upcoming appointments may be paused until the account is brought current. Monthly memberships require automatic payment and a 12-month commitment.
